libsrtp is an implementation of the Secure Real-time Transport Protocol (SRTP) originally authored by Cisco Systems, Inc. SRTP is a security profile for RTP that adds confidentiality, message authentication, and replay protection to that protocol. It is specified in RFC 3711. cipher is used with RTCP, an incorrect initialization vector
is formed. This change will break backwards compatibility
with older versions (1.5, 2.0) of libSRTP when using the AES
256 ICM cipher with OpenSSL for RTCP.
