Summary: Representation of Python source as an AST for pylint
This module provides a common base representation of Python source code for
projects such as pychecker, pyreverse, pylint. The development of this library
is governed by pylint's needs.

It provides a compatible representation which comes from the _ast
module. It rebuilds the tree generated by the builtin _ast module by
recursively walking down the AST and building an extended ast. The new
node classes have additional methods and attributes for different
usages. They include some support for static inference and local name
scopes. Furthermore, astroid builds partial trees by inspecting living
objects.

      pylint when accessing those attributes at runtime.
    * Comprehension conditions now constrain the inference of names used in the
      comprehension, like if statement conditions already did: [x for x in lst
      if x is not None] no longer infers None for x in the element expression.
    * Fix isinstance() constraints only filtering the first inferred value of a
      variable: checking a value made the isinstance classinfo uninferable for
      the checks of the following values.
    * Remove Python 2 era dead code and outdated comments.
    * Fix inference of a starred target that is not last in a for loop, such as
      for a, *b, c in .... The elements following the starred one were counted
      from the target's own arity rather than from the end of the iterable, so
      b was truncated whenever the iterable was longer than the target.
    * Add qname() method to the Slice node class, returning "builtins.slice",
      so that the node can be used in contexts that require a qualified name.
    * Add brain tip for numpy.fromfile so that calls to np.fromfile(...) are
      correctly inferred as returning numpy.ndarray instead of Uninferable.
    * Add brain for decimal that gets applied if _decimal isn't available.
    * Removed the **kwargs argument from all infer functions.
    * Deduplicate keys when inferring dict.fromkeys. dict.fromkeys("aab") now
