If you want to help with glade2, you can start by taking a look at
the TODO file in the CVS module "glade2".

yes you can have both glade and glade2 installed on the same box.
        yes you would need gtk2 for glade2.
the old glade can be ported to gtk2, but nobody has done it yet.
