What about a check box in the widget properties window that would
determine whether a widget should be "private" or not.
In other word, whether the user can access it. That would for example
disable the generation of gtk_object_set_data in the case of C, and other
languages could also take advantage of it (in the case of GtkAda, we would
generate a local variable rather than a public field in the composite
type).
