Suggestion: Remove properties with default values in XML files

Hello again,

Since Glade knows which values haven't been changed by the user (in other
words, have the default gtk value), what about ommiting to generate these
values in the XML file, eventually when using a special option if some
people find this option useful.

This would reduce the size of the XML files and would ease the life of the
language translators.
