Release of rpm2html-1.4

  It was a long time since a new release for rpm2html.
This version is both an attempt against the bit rot effect
(compatibility with new rpm versions, bug fixes, etc ...)
and also includes the sample code I added to make rpm2html
connected to a MySQL database. This second part id optionnal
and not compiled by default (use --with-sql at configure time
if you want to experiement with it).
  I also updated a bit the rpm2html pages and especially the FAQ:
