  recompile rpm2html against the rpm-3.0.5 test version with rpm-4.0
support:
    ftp://ftp.rpm.org/pub/rpm/test/

another option is to grab the beta version of rpm2html-1.4 from
    ftp://rpmfind.net/pub/veillard/

and recompile it against rpm-4.0
