Hi,

I noticed couple of problems with rpm2html. Both of them exist both in
rpm2html-1.2 and in the CVS version of rpm2html.

1) If rpm2htmlrc contains "tree=false" or "tree=no" in global sections,
rpm2html enables trees instead of disabling them.

2) If trees are enabled globally, but disabled for some particular
directory, rpm2html would still include "Browse the distribution tree"
link in the index.html file of that directory.

I attach the patch (preppared against rpm2html-1.2) that fixes these two
problems.
