Failed to execute rpmfind

Hello,
I downloaded rpmfind from
ftp://rufus.w3.org/pub/rpmfind/rpmfind-1.2-1.i386.rpm and installed
it on RedHat-5.2 system. I then created the following .rpmfind file:

server=http://rufus.w3.org/linux/RDF

downloadDir=/tmp
httpProxy=192.168.200.237:8080

mode=lookup

Then I gave just "rpmfind", and also "rpmfind -v -v", but in both
cases, it printed the following error. The rpm version is 2.5.5.

Error log:
rpmFetchDistribList: failed to grab metadata server list
   URI: http://rufus.w3.org/linux/RDF/resources/distribs/metadata.rdf
rpmfind version 1.2 caught signal 11
