  I could not find a way to make the output work with relative only
links, sorry. sometimes one generate pages which are deep in the subtree
and links to pages in the top directory (e.g. resources). Generating
relative links in this case is a pain, do I didn't do it ...
  Patches welcome (as usual ...) ;-)
