  No :-)
the message is printed by the RPM library. Have a look at rpmfind FAQ
   http://rufus.w3.org/linux/rpm2html/faq.html
I guess this case is covered, you need to do something like
  "cd /usr/lib/rpm ; ln -s ../rpmpopt . ; ln -s ../rpmrc . "
