Domain and machine changes

    Hi all,

 as you may have noticed there have been some serious changes on rufus.
I acquired the domain "rpmfind.net", and also got a new machine for hosting
the service, thanks to W3C for offering it !
 The machine is still installed in MIT/LCS and answers to request directed
to rufus.w3.org . The set of IP adresses is:
   rufus.w3.org: 18.29.0.66
   rpmfind.net : 18.29.1.67
 
 The move was made Wed afternoon and things should now work as normal
including rsync.

 I will try to set-up per-country IP names for mirrors (if they agree)
e.g. pl.rpmfind.net, uk.rpmfind.net, ... Get in touch with me if you
are running this service and interested in getting the alias. NOTE that
this xxx.rpmfind.net is not needed for the service, it makes just things
a bit more easier to find for the users.
