concerning rpmfind

Lately i have been getting this response back from an rpmfind query...

~~/ rpmfind -apropos libXm.so.2
Unable to open /usr/lib/rpm/rpmrc for reading: No such file or
directory.
warning: Unknown system: (null)
warning: Please contact rpm-list@redhat.com
warning: Unknown system: (null)
warning: Please contact rpm-list@redhat.com
cannot open the RPM local database

Any ideas on how to fix this?
