SuSE/Troubles with generated links

Hi all around,

I've troubles with the links generated in suse HTML's.
(I use here rpm2html099/Solaris5.6).

In rpm.conf my mirror is stated as ...
mirror=ftp://gd.tuwien.ac.at/opsys/linux/suse/5.3/i386.de/suse
I use a complete RDF mirror from Daniel.

Now, when I call, let's say
 <http://gd.tuwien.ac.at/opsys/linux/RPM/suse/5.3/fun1/3d_chess-0.8.1-14.i386.html>
I get the page as expected ... wirh a generated link in h1 header to
<a href="ftp://rufus.w3.org/linux/SuSE-Linux/5.3/suse/fun1/3d_chess-0.8.1-14.i386.rpm">
3d_chess-0.8.1-14 RPM for i386</a>

 ... BUT the goodie named sleeps @

<a href="ftp://rufus.w3.org/linux/SuSE-Linux/5.3/suse/fun1/3d_chess.rpm">

The funny thing is, that I'm not alone (see www.userfriendly.net
@
<http://www.userfriendly.net/linux/RPM/suse/5.3/fun1/3d_chess-0.8.1-14.i386.html>
for the same behavior). @ Daniel's side it works.
(... a correct link is generated
without the version extension)

Any idea where the trouble lies ? Well, a hint appreciated.
