Config file and RDF changes on rufus.w3.org

  Due to a large reorganization of ftp.redhat.com (splitted into 4
different FTP sites) and an improvement of the RDF files, the next
update from Rufus will probably be quite heavy, all RDF files have changed
to some extent and the redhat tree structure is modified.
  I have provided updated configuration files for rpm2html at:
    http://rufus.w3.org/pub/rpm2html/
