Yes, that's annoying (it is a also a bit scary ... suppose you install
it with --force :-( ). I just need to set up a small filter when scanning
dependancies from a package, It on my TODO list for a while (I got the
messages too every morning),
I guess rpm has been fooled by a modified /bin/ls and that's the result,

that filter should be in rpm itself ...
