This is just a warning, I guess you can safely ignore it (I have the
same in my environment). It occurs since I compile rpmfind with an old
version of librpm. Why ? Simply because if I distribute rpmfind compiled
with the standard librpm available on my system, it won't work on system
using older versions of rpm. So everybody on the "bleeding edge" get
warnings but at least it works on older systems.

Recompiling it on your system is an obvious way to get rid of the messages,
are you sure that you are running the new binary ? Just do an rpm -e rpmfind
and reinstall from the source RPM to be sure.
