 GtkEditor was designed to provide a source editor widget for GTK.
 It should evolve to a nice widget with syntax highlighting, parenthesis match,
 etc. Currently gtkeditor provides only syntax hightlighting configured through
 a flex-like language. The distribution provides configurations for C, HTML,
 SML, Scheme, Perl and Java. Note that the 0.1.x versions have nothing to do
 with 0.0.x version, which were about two years old, so they aren't compatible.

 Note that the new 0.1.8 editor uses now the TkText widget (used as
 GtkTextBuffer), which is the Gtk port of the Tk text widget. So the programs
 using 0.1.x (where x < 8) have to be adapted.
