|Summary: Software to use the Creative Labs USB VOIP Blaster on Linux|
The VOIP Blaster is a very useful device at a very attractive cost. It allows you to make voip calls using a standard telephone in much the same way you make normal wireline calls. This software does not inter-operate with the Windows software that comes with the device. PLEASE BE ADVISED that this software is probably worth exactly what you paid for it (nothing!), so if it destroys you computer I can't be held responsible. Use it at your own risk.
* Mon Oct 14 2002 ...G... <firstname.lastname@example.org> renamed everything to fobbit from vb so that it matches sourceforge and built for RedHat 8.0. * Thu Apr 25 2002 ...G... <email@example.com> Changed some naming conventions and added a fobbitHowto to aide in the rpm install and startup process. * Wed Apr 10 2002 ...G... <firstname.lastname@example.org> Packaged the full pristine fobbit source.... Not just a hacked up version of it like I did the first time I was learning how to package. Hopefully this didn't offend anyone .. hehe.
