Summary: Removes extra lines from FASTA biological files
 
Splittree reads in Newick nested parenthesis phylogentic tree files and the
FASTA file of the sequences in the tree such as those from Clustalw. It splits the FASTA sequences into
sub-files based on the dissimilarity of the nested parenthesis file.
