Deodasquery is a graphical interface to Postgresql for examining oliogonucleotides for biological research designed and screened by the companion program DEODAS. DEODAS query search the designed oligonucleotides by their matches in Genbank flat files and by oligo name. It stores information on all oligos and keeps a separate list for oligos selected by the researcher.
