   packages the three/four packages of the autotools into one rpm
   file that will be installed in a seperate path under /usr/share.
   That way one can test packages using autotools for difference
   towards different autotool versions - especially with developer-only
   releases of autools as one will find that (libtool-)support for some
   non-unix platforms (win32, macos, embedded) varies drastically
   with each sublevel of a package and the behaviour can break or
   enhance with each its combination with autoconf and automake and
   the helpers in libtool.
